Opening May 17, 2008
BalsamPath Roses
The roses we sell will emphasize winter hardiness,
fragrance, variety of colors and variety of
sizes.
Because we are
located in northwest
hardy in Zones 2, and 3, and those shown
to be hardy in Zone 4.
There will be no roses sold as hardy in Zone 5 or higher.
We will also test other roses for hardiness and grow
them at the
nursery to see how they fare over a winter or two.
We
may also ask you, our customers, to grow them and give us your
feedback
as to
how they grow in your surroundings.
I have found good information
regarding the care and culture of hardy roses is at
the University of
Minnesota Extension Service web site. I have linked to it for your convenience.

A word about varieties
and prices...
We will continue to add varieties every
season and we may eliminate varieties also.
Let us know if we remove a rose you
are interested in.
Disease resistance and fragrance
improve with proper growing conditions.
Just as a reminder, though...... disease
resistance does not mean disease proof.
All prices include WI sales
tax.
We
are not doing mail
order and we are not shipping any
plants.
We are located in Eureka Township at: 2112
– 210th Ave. Centuria,
WI
